I’m a WG subscriber and can’t log into the app.
I’ve reset my password over and over. The app doesn’t recognize my email address as a user. Is this app a phishing spoof? That’s where my thoughts are now. If this is an actual WG product I’m rethinking my subscription.
Can’t log in
I can login into my account in the app. It works fine from the website with the same credentials. Doesn’t do much good to have the app…

So to start this review off I get this app because I actually use watch gang I enjoy it on the browser so I thought the app would be an easier way to access watch gang but when I try to log in it just says I have the wrong password so I change it and try again and it still says I have the wrong password and the password reset in the app doesn’t even work properly it’s genuinely horrendous, I don’t know who was assigned to make the app because they should be fired, but anyways I’ll be sticking to the browser indefinitely.

Poor service. Wrong watch delivered
Unfortunately their quality has gone down. Was a happy customer but service model determined quickly
