I’m a WG subscriber and can’t log into the app.
I’ve reset my password over and over. The app doesn’t recognize my email address as a user. Is this app a phishing spoof? That’s where my thoughts are now. If this is an actual WG product I’m rethinking my subscription.
Can’t log in
I can login into my account in the app. It works fine from the website with the same credentials. Doesn’t do much good to have the app…
Trash app
So to start this review off I get this app because I actually use watch gang I enjoy it on the browser so I thought the app would be an easier way to access watch gang but when I try to log in it just says I have the wrong password so I change it and try again and it still says I have the wrong password and the password reset in the app doesn’t even work properly it’s genuinely horrendous, I don’t know who was assigned to make the app because they should be fired, but anyways I’ll be sticking to the browser indefinitely.

Website credentials don't work on app
Love Watch Hang, but their app needs some work.
Password doesn’t work
Watches seem worthy of the subscription. Password works on website but won’t work on app… that’s a problem, because it essentially make the app useless. I’d also like to be able to see the watches I’ve received somewhere.
Won’t let me log in
I just got my first Watch Gang watch today and I absolutely love it! The quality and presentation are great, and I was really excited to start using the app to track and explore more. Unfortunately, the app won’t let me log in. I know my credentials are correct because I can log in on the website without any problem, but the app keeps blocking me. Hopefully they fix this soon because the overall experience would be perfect if the app worked as smoothly as the website.

Can’t log in
I’m sure the app is alright. But, despite having an account and an active subscription. I can only log in on the website. The app just doesn’t think my account exists. Not sure where the disconnect is there.

So I can sign in online but not the app. Doesn’t recognize my email. Waiting for my first watch to see if it’s worth maintaining the subscription. So far things just look…sketch.

I don’t know if this is complaining or not, but I purchased seven spins and they all landed on the same level one every time. I am happy with the watches I got, but wondering if it’s gimmick.

Literally only downloaded this to get my free spin. Its been not even 30 minutes since i received the email promotion telling me if i downloaded the mobile app i get a free spin. When i tried to get my free spins it said they were unavailable due to high demand, even though the first and only email i got about it was 30 minutes prior to this. This site has always been really sketchy and will always try to use these weird “promos” to try to “give you free spins”. The reality of it is, the prize you will get is likely very very cheap, or you just get scammed in general. This is the last time i will be using watch gang at all. I hate to be the first bad review but come on now, you cant use a promotion, tell me you’ll give me free stuff for downloading your app, and then not give me anything literally 30 minutes later. Very unprofessional, very scummy, poor, and thieving behavior by all of you working at watch gang. 1/10

Waste of time
Tired of the marketing gimmicks. Downloaded the app to receive a “free spin” which was conveniently sold out in minutes.
Scam
Got notifications to download the app for a free spin and said it was sold out but it made me pay for the shipping first. Scammed me $7-8 and charged my card.
Great app from a great company
Finally an app! This is an excellent and convenient way to access your account, spin the wheel, and buy watches. Very user friendly. Be careful because watch buying just got easier!
