Water Country
My little one got stung by a bee. Kudos to the lifeguard on duty that assisted us at the Wave pool. He immediately helped us to get first aid. The attendant that assisted my little one with her bite was very gentle with her. . This was our first visit and everyone was very helpful. Our visit was Thursday, August 6, 2026. Thank you to everyone who helped us

No wait times in app!
Why have an app that doesn’t tell you wait times for the attractions? App is pretty much useless without this feature. You walk around the park aimlessly from water ride to water ride only to get to one that has an hour or more wait time, while one on the other side of the park is 10 mins. App has poor user interactivity as well and could be designed better.

Just signing in is a challenge.
Just trying to set up an account is a challenge. Poor user experience forcing you to check boxes to accept things you don’t need/want then uncheck them.

Trying to open the app, it states there is no internet connection. Unusable.
Not working
I’ve tried over several days. Keeps telling me to check my internet connection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The Busch Gardens app works. But this one doesn’t.

This app won’t open at all!! I have tried everything, Busch Gardens app opens with no problem, this keeps giving me an error.
Something Went Wrong
I can’t even open the app. It says something went wrong. I redownloaded the app and signed in again only to receive something went wrong again.

I tried downloading it multiple times and it kept saying “something went wrong check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes”

Wish they would provide park info updates on calendar. Like if certain rides will be closed or something.
