Fine for tracking but why can’t we purchase tickets?
The App appears to work for tracking stops and where ships are, but even though there is a button for purchasing tickets, nothing happens. Why have a button that is useless and only confounds riders? The app is very disappointing.

No idea what they were thinking when they built this. Useless. No tracking of free water taxi. If there is, it’s impossible to find. Had a few when i wrote this, but still.

Horrible app
1. The water taxi now operates the free water trolley. Prior to the takeover , there was a decent app for tracking where the trolley was on its route. But on the current water taxi app there is no designation for the free trolley route, as far as I can see. And there is no phone number for customer support. If you press the phone contact button, NOTHING HAPPENS. It’s just super frustrating.
