The Skipper App for Drivers is now accessible to all Coxswains and Masters with AMSA accreditation. To get started, simply complete a quick online app phone registration process using your Vessels Commercial Registration number and AMSA Skippers Certification Card.
These required details are essential operational requirements for all Skippers and can be easily uploaded through the app. Rest assured, all information is securely stored in our systems to the highest of industry standards.
Passengers who have the passenger app downloaded can now view and book your Water Taxi at any time, checking your availability status as well. It is recommended to keep the Skippers app open while on board to not miss any potential bookings.
Our app offers a hassle-free booking solution for your Water Taxi business, which can be seamlessly integrated into your existing systems or used as a standalone booking system.
1. Key features of the app include promoting it to passengers for easy pick-ups and drop-offs, receiving automatic job notifications, secure handling of passenger details and credit card information.
2. Digital invoices for passengers, changing online status, reviewing job history, contacting passengers, ending jobs prematurely, accepting payments via cash or Credit/Debit Card is standard.
3. Ensuring safety with emergency alerts for all skippers and requesting daily payouts of jobs.
