About

Water counts what you drink and shows you where you are. That's the whole app. No account. No subscription. No ads. Nothing to unlock later. Most water trackers are free to download and then ask you to pay before you can see your own history. This one doesn't. Everything is here the first time you open it, and it stays that way. TAP TO LOG One tap adds a cup. The ring fills and shifts color as the day goes on - red when you've barely started, green when you've arrived. You can read your whole day without reading a number. Go past your goal and a second lap sweeps over the top, so a good day still looks like one. LOG WITHOUT OPENING IT Tap + on the Home Screen widget, add Log a Cup to Control Center or your Lock Screen, or just say "Log a cup in Water" to Siri. The widget shows today's ring and the rest of your week, and there are Lock Screen widgets in three sizes. HISTORY WORTH LOOKING AT Every day of the week as a colored bar against your goal, with your daily average, the days you hit it, and your current streak. Switch to a month for the longer view. Forgot to log yesterday? Tap the day and add it. OUNCES OR MILLILITERS Switch whenever you like. Your data is stored the same way underneath either one, so nothing drifts or rounds off when you change your mind. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no sign-in, no server, and the app makes no network connections at all. Your log lives on your device. If you want, Water can add each cup to Apple Health - it only writes, never reads - and you can export your whole history as a spreadsheet. Both are your choice, and off until you use them. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO There are no reminders and no notifications. That's a choice, not an omission. If you want an app that interrupts you, there are many good ones. This is for people who just want to keep count. Free - all of it.

What's New in Water Tracker

1.0.2

October 22, 2026

• Log a cup without opening the app: a + on the Home Screen widget, a Log a Cup control for Control Center and the Lock Screen, and "Log a cup in Water" for Siri and Shortcuts. • Fix any day: tap a day in History to add or remove cups, or press and drag across the chart to pick one. • Apple Health, if you want it: turn on Save to Apple Health in Settings. • Export your whole history as a spreadsheet from Settings. • Your streak no longer drops to zero in the morning before you reach your goal. • The widget keeps counting, however long it's been since you opened the app. • Changing your goal no longer changes how past days scored, so your streak stays put. • Works better with VoiceOver and very large text, with smaller fixes throughout.
