Very poor app
App is really for viewing only, it would be great if you can adjust the time clock
Does nothing
Absolutely useless. Paid extra for this and the app does nothing at all. Complete scam.
Can’t change settings
App is ok for monitoring and allows me to turn on light, but really needs the ability to change time cycles and actual settings same as the local control panel!
Wifi Network
I don’t understand why this won’t work unless you are on the same wifi network. Defeats the purpose of a phone app.
FAILED TO PING DEVICE ON HOME WIFI ERROR
Device has direct line of site to router and says Wifi signal is 100%, yet the device repeatedly fails to connect to the wifi network. Useless upgrade.

Hardly ever works.…Still trying to get it work all the time and have had my app /pool for two years. Is there any updates?

Terrible application
Absolutely waste of money!!
App is useless.
You can only control if your phone is on the same network - which is when you are home. What is the point, then? And it’s buggy.

Waterco connect not
Absolutely rubbish. I was sold the unit covered in stickers claiming it could connect to my phone. Doesn’t work. It’s a scam.
Connecting two or more pools
It does not look possible to connect more than one poo to the app this is very difficult if you are a service technician
