Videos cut in half
Have paid for a year’s subscription and after two months of use, videos I watermark in the app save to my camera roll with 50% missing, leaving half the screen black. Can’t see how to contact them for support.
Free apps are better
This app can’t add one watermark to a photo before charging you, it has no batch feature even if you pay, AND has no built in way to make a custom watermark, this is wouldn’t even be that bad if not for 2 MAJOR factors 1 ADDWATERMARK had all these features and let’s you watermark around 20 pictures a day for FREE. THE VERY LEAST YOU COULD DO IS TELL ME ABOUT THE PAY WALL BEFORE I GET TO PRESSING DOWNLOAD, Luckily, i already had a custom watermark ready so this didn’t waste ad much of my time as it could have. But please if the app is paid only charge for it, NOBODY WANTS A 3 day trial especially when you have to watermark one pic at a time, and download another app to make the watermark

Suppose to be a free trial first but took my money!
I would have liked to trial the app first, 3 day free trial as it said, but instead, it deducted the full year in advance before I could even download and open the app!!

Really rubbish
I have a small business, I always need my photos to be watermarked. Tried this app and it’s absolutely rubbish!! Can’t do batch photos and the watermark doesn’t show even I have a png file. Wasted my time downloading and deleting! Don’t bother!
You lose audio and can’t play video on iPhone after marking it
You lose audio and can’t play video on iPhone or upload it after watermarking it.
How do we cancel the subscription?
I’ve clicked thru every option and can’t find it anywhere
Too many bugs
I love the app but too many bugs. When you add a logo many times it disappears on the bottom left and you have to guess where the logo is and drag it into the screen. Highly annoying. Also, when you download images something it formats it sideways or upside down. Works great sometimes but has a mind of its own.

Needs work.
This app needs a way to adjust the size of the logo or watermark. When saving your photo it scrambles the picture and logo all over. Would be nice to have a proper crop feature as well.
Pricey for what it is
Great product, works as needed. Very expensive for just need to protect intellectual property. Chances are no one will steal my work but I like to be safe. But come on, your charge too much.
Doesn’t work save your money
I’ve had this app for a month or two and it has so many bugs! Takes forever to upload content and even longer to export, if it even exports that is…I’ve wasted so much time trying to get this app to work especially because I paid 8/mo for it but it’s not worth it! Try a different one! Save your money

Billing inconsistencies, overcharging..
Subscription started January 3rd and it charged me $7.99 that day.
Now it’s January 27th and it charged me again, another $7.99.
Scheduled to charge another $7.99 February 23rd!?
I’m not great at math but that’s not a one month subscription.
The App itself worked great when it worked. Half the time it wouldn’t put my watermark on the photo even after selecting it and I had to re-add the watermark to the app entirely which made me have like 10 copies of the watermark under “logos”…… but just not interested dealing with billing issues so I just cancelled! Beware!
