Love the accountability!
As a previously pregnant and now breastfeeding mom with 3 kids, I always forgot to drink water. I needed something to remind me and this app helps! I can’t just swipe the notification away. With taking a pic I actually have to grab my water bottle and hydrate! Definitely feel more hydrated which is exactly what I was looking for. 10000/10 recommend!!

My hydration assistant
I saw this on X and wanted to test the functionality and I was amazed that this removed the burden of having to remember to drink water. Now I set meaningful times throughout the day and let this app do its thing on repeat daily. The quiet mode helps too when I’m in class or at work!
