Not user friendly in the slightest, doesnt make any sense

Why do you have to direct users from app to the waterside member login page every time to make a leisure club booking? You can’t enter without leisure club booking and it takes, 6 extra steps to get through the booking. We used to be able to book this on the main app…. Either change to club policies or the app…

Does not let me book any classes. Continues to give me error messages and tells me to log out. Have to call the club every time I want to book.
