Simple way to use breathing to calm anxiety
I use this when I feel stressed. I don’t even have to write in the sand. Just breath to the rhythm of the waves. And it’s pretty.

This is such a fun and soothing app. It is easy to use and I find it to be grounding when I need a mental break during the day. The sounds of the waves take me to the ocean when I do not live near one. My kids also love using this app and when they are having a hard time this seems to help them calm down and move through their emotions. I highly recommend this!
