The app is not user friendly. Very confusing.
More than an inconvenience.

A crazy infernal loop. NEVER could log-in, sign-up, or reset password.

Easy to follow and find. Friendly and knowledgeable staff persons stay with the customer until the transaction is complete. Nice work!
There’s a lot of room for improvement for this app and their system
The order got cancelled and didn’t tell me why until I called. It took many calls before they informed me via email that they actually can’t deliver the items to my address, they could have told that as early and while I called many times. The refund would take longer than it should be, other platforms aren’t like that, once the order is cancelled, they automatically refund the money, right away. But this one, even if I am not the one who cancelled, it going to take few days to be refunded, sounds old school. Really needs improvement.

No customer service
They use Bots to reply, no real person to answer online queries. Online processing is very slow
Store not found
When i choose click and collect and search for the store branch it says that the store is not found but in the app you can see the branch you are searching for
It has delivery charge even if you purchase 1000 up before it is free delivery
