Too many ads
Had this app for yearsss on and off again but every time I redownload it, there are wayyy to many ads. You can’t even skip it anymore which sucks so much. They made it where there is no way to get rid of them unless you pay them which sucks a lot.

Subscribed to go ad free so I can read this story I’m into just to still be getting ads after every chapter. Sometimes it even glitches and gives me 2 ads after a chapter. Such a rip off.
The unlocked episode
Too many adds, that’s for sure. I have one star coz if u want to reread the book u had read after watching all those crazy and never-ending adds, u have to go all over with watching the adds and then only u can read the books again. That is really not fair as we have already watched adds for that book. It should remain unlocked in our accounts.

STOP THE ADS
I’ve had wattpad for 8 years. I’ve seen the loss of messaging, the loss entirely of just free books, and especially the loss of an AD free experience. I don’t care about having to pay for certain stories but those ADs just make it a horrible experience. Half of the time the app freezes up in the middle of an AD too. So, I have to close the app entirely. Just please stop the ADs or move them elsewhere so people who want coins could watch them. Those ADs after every chapter makes your app look like a cheap mobile game.

I have used Wattpad for over five years (probably more) and used to love the variety and accessibility of the app. However they don’t update to keep up with other apps, charge extremely high to avoid the excessive ads they implement on every episode. Lost me as a user…

The ads have gotten worse on this app. After every single chapter it’s an ads but the app doesn’t send send you directly to the next chapter making you watch 2 ads back to back. Very sad
