Very intuitive
I’ve been using the Watts 2.0 app for years and it’s been set up to be set it and forget it style if that’s what you’d like or you can dive super deep if you’re into tech.
Not user-friendly
I am blind, and this app is not accessible using VoiceOver so I am unable to change anything or even turn them off, please help and fix this
Don’t buy
Complete waste. Customer service is terrible and the app is terrible. Never works. Have to u plug and reset every time I want to change the lights I email for help and they are useless. Go with someone else.
The app is not great.
Unfortunately, the app is finicky and has cycled through various problems over the past 9 months, ranging from not responding to the schedule, to just not loading the schedule control page. (Yes, I’ve tried turning off the module, reinstalling the app, signing out and. Back in…)
The worst app
I have not been able to figure out how to make this app and the lights work consistently. They seem to have a mind of their own. They come on and go off whenever they want to, and my not give you the right pattern. Great lights when they work, but you might as well plan on having them on full time because that’s the only way they will work consistently.

Not sure what others are saying, app is great. Easy to use, zero issues with connectivity or operation and is very responsive.
Terrible app
Terrible app, terrible company. They promised to update the app from almost 1.5 year ago, but we got nothing. Don't waste your money.
Not so great
I’ve had these for a few years now. It’s really finicky to get the lights to respond correctly. I bought this light system to replace an even worse system.
I usually unplug the controller and let it reset and start over programming it. Sometimes that works.
My latest issue, I erase everything and set new timers, but it won’t automatically turn on. Seems like it shuts off at the preset time. 🤷♂️
I wouldn’t buy these again, just get something off Amazon. You’ll pay 1/10 the price and you won’t feel as bad tossing them in the trash🤣

App stopped working
Since the latest iPhone update the app has not been working. By that I mean it is finding our Watts lights controller but will no longer connect to it. The lights are stuck on whatever the last setting was that we used and to turn them off I have to unplug the controller at the box.
Nice lights but
The lights look great but the app is terrible. Can’t find the system when I start the app. Unplug and plug it back in for a reboot. Works for a short time then same problem again. Set the lights up in the schedule and they work once every second or third day. App sucks. I would not recommend to a friend until they fix these problems.
