Used to work great

Enter my password and it doesn’t recognize it. Maybe works on desktop but mobile doesn’t. Constantly have to start a chat to reset password. Whatever the developers changed it’s not working. I use this daily and it’s unusable now.

App is always having login, and functionality issues. Lots of unexpected timeouts, and random logouts.

Outdated

This app and also the WSB websites are clunky and seriously outdated. They both need modern overhauls. They are capable of doing so much more than currently. Please get a good IT team on it.

I shouldn’t have to pay to transfer my money from account to account. I think that’s ridiculous.
