Terrible support.

Can’t get ahold of anyone when calling the Gannet customer service number. I’ve been trying for two days with no luck. I get as far as the recorded voice transferring me to support person and then then nothing.
I guess I’ll end up not continuing my online subscription since I can’t get my questions answered.

Love the app

I really enjoy reading the paper on my phone early before the printed edition would ever be delivered. And a bonus is the subscription cost is minimal compared to the printed edition.
