Terrible support.
Can’t get ahold of anyone when calling the Gannet customer service number. I’ve been trying for two days with no luck. I get as far as the recorded voice transferring me to support person and then then nothing.
I guess I’ll end up not continuing my online subscription since I can’t get my questions answered.

Love the app
I really enjoy reading the paper on my phone early before the printed edition would ever be delivered. And a bonus is the subscription cost is minimal compared to the printed edition.

Fix this app! Freezes up constantly..
Used to work great
I used to love this app. Now I have to uninstall and install it because if you click into a story it freezes your iPad. Then you to enter your password constantly. Something needs to be fixed. And more local news instead of everything from the eastern side of the state would be nice. This is a Wausau paper not Appleton/Fox Valley paper.

I’m more interested in what’s going on locally than the national political circus. Excellent coverage, lots of great features, local sports and classified ads. I’m loving it!
