really accessible pool - good clean changing rooms and showers. pool is not excessively busy which is nice - indeed I was the only one in the water this afternoon during school
Aqua fit
Took ages to work out that Aqua fit was in with the swim class but it’s all sorted now and I’m happy with the class Pat
Oldies need help at first but then ok.
Just started using app now that wave active have taken over meads swimming pool and gym. Oldies like me usually struggle but the app has been pretty straightforward. Needed help to register but booking classes no problem.

I have been trying for 2 days to book a swim but every time I try to book I get a message saying Service Unavailable.

Payment doesn’t work
I’ve been unable to make payment through the app, deleting card details still doesn’t work it seems to not recognise my card and fails. I’ve deleted the app and tried again, tried deleting the card and re-adding but nothing works.
Saltdean lido
It is difficult to find a worse company for customer service; the poor lifeguards and receptionists at Saltdean lido have to deal with unhappy customers on a daily basis and although it’s not their fault they often have no idea how or why decisions are made. Trying to contact fusion is an impossibility; email, tweet phone call..no response. This morning got to the lido and pool closed due to ‘pool issues’ but no notification on website or text etc. I have a season early morning membership last week without any notification they have cancelled Tuesday/Thursday slots. App does not work
Please can you fix the app.. it’s not working again! The message displayed says ‘service unreachable’. 🤦🏼♂️
The only way I can get the app to work is to delete and then reinstall it every single time I want to use it. The app hasn’t worked properly for the last 3 weeks!! Please can you sort this out.... it’s a real pain in the backside.

Keeps crashing
Load app and it works well. Go back to app and it doesn’t open, have to uninstall and reinstall and it works until the next time you open, then have to repeat so no point

Continual circle of doom
I’ve downloaded this app several times as I can only get it to work once before I get the circle of doom. Really irritating!!! Please can you sort it out.
Only works once
It’s fine when you first download the app but the next time you use it just fails to open beyond the opening screen . Please get it fixed . Using IOS 13.1.3

Every time I try and use the app it stays stuck in the loading screen! So every time I want to log in I have to delete and re download so I can book on to classes it’s a nightmare :(

So frustrating the app only seems to work once. When you try to open it it gets stuck on the open screen.
Frustrating app that doesn’t work
I echo the experiences of only being able to use the app once after downloading. The next time I try to use I get ‘the circle of doom’ and it sticks on the front page. Consequently I have to delete app and download multiple times a day to be able to use; making it all a bad customer journey and utter pain.
