Using this app is painful. It’s overly complex, clunky, not intuitive and very frustrating to use. It should be binned.
How to I book a swim ??!
Looking to join and would like a try nowhere on website to book phoned no one answering phone . Please help

Making an account is so painful. They ask for your life story and then once you get to the end if the app glitches out you have to start again.
Worst app I have ever used
Avoid at all costs. Can't use as a guest. Have to give every single part of my life history to sign up. Can't look up address using postcode. Can't use applepay, PayPal, Google Wallet. None of the fields work for autofill. Doesn't have autofill for credit card.
