Needs information for dart buses added
I think the wave transit app could use a feature for the dart bus. The only way I learn about my pick up time is the day before and close to the time that wave dart is going to pick me up. I think it would definitely be helpful to know where wave dart is so people that ride dart don’t have to wait very long to be picked up. I also learn before I leave where I live that Dart will be picking me up in whatever minutes that they say. The Dart feature would definitely help people like myself keep track of where our rides are and we would get a better idea of what time Dart would arrive and not have to be kept waiting depending upon how early or late they are and I think it will be an asset and helpful

Useless app
This app actually worked well in it’s launch, but much like the bus service itself the app has misses the mark….. crappy. I’d give -10 stars if given the option. The one nice part of WAVE is new coach driver on line 108. He is the nicest, kindest gentleman I’ve seen in some time.
Cannot rely on the bus
I’ve stood at the bus stop 5 times since the “added frequency “ the bus has yet to show up. When I call I’m told to go to the next board meeting- that happens when I’m at work. I asked why the alerts don’t have anything about not enough drivers or at the very least this frequency has gone back to every hour. This is exactly why more people do not utilize the bus. There is zero accountability.

Not even.
Almost perfectly useless app. Trip planner doesn’t work. Doesn’t have real time bus tracking. A generic transit app like Moovit works a lot better.
