Doesn’t show reload bonus
The new version doesn’t show when I have a reload bonus like in the web based version.

Just stupid.Why can't I just look at the menu without setting up my address. Even goolge could find me the menu this app is horrendously terrible and none of the bugs have been fixed
Can’t do anything without an account
You’d think someone at Waves would be savvy enough to let people use the app without first creating an account. What if I just want to find a location near me? Or browse their products and see if there’s something I might want to buy?

Absolutely ruined a decent app
The app doesn’t work at all on a tablet, can’t log in, check balance or points. Website now also useless—just directs you to an app that doesn’t work. A high schooler could do better than this developer, who apparently doesn’t test their app.

App doesn’t work. Can’t login and can’t reset password. Website is also useless, just tells you to download the app that doesn’t work 🙄
Buggy app
When I received the “Redis server went away” error multiple times, Rewards card would not load despite ideal internet connection. If app supports Apple Wallet for Rewards card at least, then in-person scanning would not be an issue. Apple Wallet requires iOS 10+ while the app requires iOS 11+ so anyway, might as well add Wallet support to the app so every user can store their Rewards and Coffee cards in their Apple Wallet and use them in-person at Waves shops. Ideally, the app should also support Apple Pay so there is another way to collect Rewards when in-app Rewards card cannot load.

$1 charge for adding a card
The app will automatically charge you a dollar for adding a credit card. ALSO it won’t even accept online payments you gotta do it at the counter anyways. Not helpful

Very poor app. Doesn’t download the menu. Will not give the free upsize on Wednesdays.
Doesn’t Work
The app tells me that I don’t have any waves locations nearby. The map doesn’t work and I can’t see any menu items to mobile order. Junky and doesn’t work, deleted right away.

Needs to be updated ASAP. Very outdated for iOS 15. Doesn’t run, always crashes upon opening
Fix load time please!!!
This app takes forever to load!!! It’s faster for me to walk or drive to the location and order in person than it is to order on the app. I’ve tested this 3 times! What takes so long?

Lack of Functionality
There’s no way I can pre-select my order and then send my order for preparation and pick up upon my arrival.
