Easy to use, and straightforward. I book all my appointments through this app.
Enable cancellation!
It’s good for booking, but not for canceling or adjusting the time slot. There is no such feature! For that, we must call the salon even if the said appointment is not for weeks. I get that online last minute cancellation won’t be allowed, but when there are weeks until the appointment & yet I still have to make a call during their business hour, it is nothing but inconvenient!

Can’t Edit Appts
You can only book appts on the app. You can’t edit, cancel or delete so you still have to call in and cancel. Such a pain when you hate talking to people
App should be simple
Can we get something to be able to add services to our already scheduled appointments? Also, there should be info on all of your employees in the app and website.

I like having the app however wish there was a way to reschedule on the app instead of calling. Also wish there was a better way to see club orange membership on the app.
Limited
If you want to book an appointment, the app is fine. However, if you are trying to edit or cancel your appointment it’s useless. The point is to be able to maintain my appointments and account in the app on my schedule, but then i have to call them in normal business hours anyway.
Book on the website, this app can burn in a fire
What a terrible waste of space. Text is huge for no reason and the links don’t work!
Frozen
Deleted twice because it freezes every time I open it. Disappointing...
Still slow and freezes a lot
I’ve had to delete and re-install 4-5 times. Still freezes and when it is able to load, very slow. My updates are current and so is my software update. Waste of time

I love that I can make and change appointments but hate that I have to call the salon to cancel an existing appointment.
Not User Friendly
After several tries I gave up! It doesn’t let you create an account. I tried the email address I use for WTC reminders and “forgot my password” several times. Not user friendly.
Simple and Convenience at my finger tips!
I do all my bookings via this app. I never call them ever, it’s all via app and it makes me happy. The app also shows the last cerologist and the services I used which makes my life simple to rebook a service. Thanks waxing the city for making my life easy!!

Easy to book
With the new update, this is so easy to use and book! If you regularly wax, definitely worth a download. You can add to your calendar and book multiple services in one appt.
So easy to use, finally a great booking app
It was a breeze to schedule an appointment at Waxing the City using this app. So appreciate all the features including leaving feedback and Quick Book. Also, it will add the appointment to my calendar.
Doesn't work well
I love this waxing salon, but the app doesn't work well I can't even get past the sign in screen!

Love the service, app is terrible
Crashes every single time I try to use it. Have deleted and reinstalled no less than three times. Grrrrrr!!!
One major flaw!
This is a well made app, except you can't book multiple services so I can't use it. Bummer!
