Created an account to view the tutorials within the app. Unfortunately, you can’t use the tutorials, they are just pictures instead of being linked to the video.
Repeats reminders
I do not mind a reminder if for some reason I don’t notice it’s time to wax. However, it reminds you constantly when it’s the next day!!! Like ever hour. The app works for me. If I click on a video takes me to YouTube or ordering more wax takes me to amazon.
Doesn’t work
Even with all the reviews stating it’s doesn’t work I still downloaded it to try.

It’s Ohkay…
Just downloaded the app today as I got my TressWellness waxing pot. Was super excited about the app. I followed instructions to make an account, confirmed my email, and I got to see the tutorial videos! Did not get stuck at the email portion, maybe that bug has been fixed. YET, the tutorials are somewhat in depth, not always. And some tutorials are not complete, like the Brazilian which did not include how to wax every aspect of a Brazilian wax. I wish every video followed the same steps to a T, and were a bit longer to cover common mistakes beginners make. I’ll try to use it, but other YouTube videos can absolutely be more helpful.

Why would I have to create an account to receive directions on how to use the product? Oh also- it takes your email and won’t allow you to log in. I mean the screen won’t refresh to let you try and log in. Feels like data minting and VERY sus.
