Waiting for a call or email from these people because k1 logistics used this service to track and after delivery they’re claiming i never received tracking so they’re going to keep $150 for a penalty… i completed all the steps so is it k1 logistics or this tracking that’s at fault, that’s something that could be answered if we could contact someone
