Terrible
Its a shame these guys have access to apple pay facility.Booked a parking spot,did not receive any email.No communication from their support team(if it exists) and neither from the spot owner.I will not be using again and if you want to lose money go ahead .
Regrettable experience
The app does what it promises but it's very buggy and unpolished which makes it hard to trust as a user.
I'd encourage new users to be very careful when booking using the "Park Now" feature which will display daily (24hr) rates and gives the impression that you'd be billed per day; however, this is not so, you will be billed at an hourly rate which makes for a very unpleasant surprise since it substantially higher than the per day rate shown.
Similarly, their chat feature among users is incredibly flaky. It's hard to use and you're never sure of whether your message has arrived--note that this is an essential part of the application.
On a final note, their in-app chat with does not work and you must rely on email. When I brought up the issue described above in regards to "Park Now", I was simply ignored. You really should invest in QA.
