Was there any testing done?

Latest version of app now supports vertical alignment, however text fields and buttons overlap each other making it impossible to tap Submit in order to progress. How do horrible UI bugs like that make it through testing?

Using Brand New IPhone 14 & Doesn’t Work

App loads for an hour but never opens. Seems like a scam

Poorly optimized

The app seems unfinished and poorly optimized. Having to open a link in an email that then navigates to the App Store which finally lets me open the App sets the stage for a poor start. Following this, the app will often freeze when running through the facial and visual checks. Once you are able to watch the trailer the phone will not return to vertical orientation which makes typing out a response an utter chore. As for the surveys, I think there needs to be a summary question. If I watch a trailer that detracts from the movie there isn’t a space to record these observations. An AI algorithm could easily sort through and catalog those responses so I don’t think it is an issue in effort just for thought.

Freezes and barely Works

Has a great amount of difficulty with the camera test. Won’t work on my iPad at all and freezes on iPhone. Very sad since I enjoy watching the videos when I can see them.

Problems with the app

The Start page looks like it has scribbling on it and nothing happens when you hit the start button, maybe because of the scribbles.
