only works during work hours
I dont know what has been up recently but for the past month it seems like the app only works when its the actual banking hours. Thats even to even check my account. What is the purpose of a banking app if you cant even use it outside of the banking hours
Bill Pay
I have never been able to use Bill Pay because it requires a desktop computer. I would make extensive use of it if I could navigate it from my phone, which is all I have.

I can put my trust in them knowing I have them in my side when I have an emergency is an awesome feeling. They now are who I call family.
Mobile Deposit Problems
The most hypothetically convenient feature in this app is the mobile deposit. It gives apparently simple instructions to just line up the check in the frame and shoot a picture. It is extremely fickle and very rarely works. If you do get it to work, it’s only by luck after about 20 tries. I understand it being an automated verification, but everything can’t be an edge case - especially 50 different shots of a well lit, 9 inch, printed check. I mean come on. If something is going wrong in that circumstance it’s a major design flaw and not user error.
