Totally useless
This app is not fit for purpose. There is no way to recover your password, as after submitting, the next screen hangs. No way of even accessing anything.
Don’t waste your time
The app is doesn’t work. Before you enter your password try hitting the forgot password link and you’ll quickly find out this app is trash.

Same problem others have reported - the app won't recognise my log in details, which work perfectly well with the online site. And when I click on "lost password", up comes a blank screen. Completely useless app, until or unless somene bothers to fix it.

Error signing in
Even though I use the correct email and password (because I checked three times), it says the email and password do not match. So this is a piece of crap app.

App is un-useful. I know that I have input my username and password correctly. However I am told repeatedly that it is incorrect. When I select the option for “Forgot password”, the app takes me to a blank screen.
Poor
This app appears to be lost when you select “forgot password”, nothing happens. And customer support via the WD website is piss poor. No response from WD although one gets an email confirmation that the issue will be resolved soon. I waited for 2 weeks with a couple more inquiries.
