FAQ

What does Acronis Mobile do?

Acronis Mobile provides comprehensive backup for your iOS devices, protecting contacts, photos, videos, calendars, and reminders. It safeguards your data against accidental deletion, lost devices, and online threats, ensuring your information is safe and accessible.

How does Acronis Mobile protect my data?

It offers hybrid protection by backing up your mobile files to both the Acronis cloud and a local computer (Mac or PC) simultaneously. Your data is also encrypted for greater privacy, and you can choose to back up only over Wi-Fi to save on data charges.

Can I recover specific files without restoring everything?

Yes, the app allows you to browse your backup files and recover individual items, such as a specific photo or contact, without needing to perform a full device restore. This makes retrieving lost data more efficient.

Is Acronis Mobile compatible with business accounts?

No, this version of Acronis Mobile is designed for personal use and is not compatible with business-oriented Acronis Cyber Protect. If you need mobile backup for your business, you should search for the 'Acronis Cyber Protect' application.

Is Acronis Mobile free to use?
