Unable to recover
Did a mobil backup of my iPhone. Could not recover anything from that backup. All I get are errors
Very hard to use
I have never used this app without having difficulty.
Great idea for an app but could be refined!
Some functions require a bit of patience but overall I like the idea of the app. Keep on improving the app!
Frustrating
Asks you to set up an account and when you sign in it says the email is taken or not activated but you just put it in! The confirmation email that was supposed to be sent to your account never arrived so you can’t connect!
Doesn’t work
Backup started and was still running 12 hours later. Decided to delete the app.
unreliable,unstable.
May or may not backup. Uses lots of space for backed up files. May try to back up and after several days it is still trying without success. Don't count on it to work.

Not automated
The app keeps telling me it will automatically backup but isn’t. I also can’t see what I’m typing right now for this review. This app needs work.
Frequently fails
Runs for ages and then aborts leaving me with no backup. Sometimes it likes to tell me my subscription is expired when it is not.
I want to believe
On my windows laptop, a Kronos works fine. On my iPad, a Kronos created a back up but seemed to slow every other application that was using Wi-Fi. On my phone, I couldn’t open the Kronos app at all. It would start to launch, and then just hang at the start screen. It also seem to slow every app on the phone. So now, it’s uninstalled from my iOS devices.

Continuous backup
Does not seem to work. Have brand new iPhone 14PM. Never seems to backup unless I open app have it set for continuous and allow background refresh. ?????
Perfect
Not sure what all the problems reported here are about. I have the desktop solution and thought I’d give this a try since I love the desktop version.
Yes the initial backup takes awhile but once that’s done it takes no time at all. I can even see my MAC files on the mobile version

Mobile backup to computer
Doesn’t work. Tech support bad, instructions they sent me almost incomprehensible.
iPhone backup
Seems to be very unreliable, too many unknown errors and failures - impossible to be certain that all has been done and everything is actually backed up?
Bad decision
This is brutal. Taking way too long for initial backup with consistent errors

Just installed to backup iPad to NAS as it is supported according to App.
Does not work and after checking with you web site it no longer offers backup to NAS.

Files downloaded from Cloud backup are renamed
Files downloaded from Cloud backup (of PC) assume a new default name, consisting of a prefix of apparently random letters and numbers, followed by the original name.
This then requires the removal of this unwanted prefix prior to saving the file, creating unnecessary work for the user.

Not a real back up solution
A proper Back up puts all the files that were on a device in a safe place place and has all those files stored together in the same back medium so, it is easy to retrieve them and use them to restore what was on the device that was backed up. That's not what the software does.
Only a few types of files are backed up and major categories of critical and irreplaceable files are completely neglected. It's worse than just a partial back up as it's so deficient that it just adds confusion to everything. This is really sad because otherwise it works so easily and so effectively and efficiently and has absolutely no problems. If it backed everything out like it should it would be excellent software .
Apples back up is crippled by tremendous ambiguity of what it does and does not back up and telephone support that claims it backs up everything when it doesn't. I was hoping your software would be as good as the excellent acronis back up software for windows and solve these issues, but its far from that.
