Just don’t waste your time. The app is bad. The service is bad. There is nothing good I can say. Do yourself a favor and use a different food delivery app/service. Deleted off my phone. Done.

Really crap UI, not refined or made for ease of use. Crashes frequently. Get signed out and good luck trying to get back in without receiving consecutive errors. INSANE amount of notifications from this app, like hourly on some nights. Just get UberEats or DoorDash or GrubHub, literally anything, this app feels like it was made in 1998.

App will not load your address to save your life. Complete waste of time and effort.

Since getting the app, customer service has not been good. I tried contacting numerous times over missing items that I paid for, only to never receive a response. Plus food deliveries the past two times I’ve ordered have been 1-2 hours late, which would be fine if I had been notified ahead of time or received a message telling me it would be late, as this was dinner at work for me and coworkers.

Is this the most technological up to date app? Absolutely not. But it doesn’t take a genius to figure it out. I have zero complaints about the delivery service. They’re always polite, they deliver further out than other delivery services, and they work with more restaurants in the area.
Anyone saying this is a good app hasn’t used it.
The app itself has one of the worst user experiences I’ve seen in a while. Not surprising as this seems to be a white label app sold to delivery companies by a company ironically named Wisdom. The UI makes entering data a frustrating experience, and the design seems to have been created by a disgruntled intern. The menus are next to unnavigable.
Also, watch for hidden charges. When I checked the menu prices against the restaurant’s website, they were significantly higher. So it’s not just a delivery fee.

Externally over priced
Not only do they charge a delivery fee which is expected. But every item you order is almost doubled the price of what it actually cost. Examples, steak and cheese sandwich from Hooters cost 8 bucks on the menu, it code 16 dollars on this app. A burrito from chipotle nothing extra, 15 bucks. You can easily spend almost 50 dollars getting a simple meal. Ontop they only have a few drivers that actually have brains and won’t forget half your stuff I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Doesn’t work
Got all excited because this was now available in my area. No part of the app worked for me. Could not find restaurants I was sitting in with signs up for wedeliver even when typing them in the search bar. Just have to use the website, this is currently worthless. And I’ll bet somebody got paid a lot to make this junk.

Excellent App!!
Excellent app, I can order from any restaurant in town no matter how far they are away from my house. And I love it for the convenience and for the speedy service given by the delivery drivers.
