We Wash 24
I used We Wash 24 while I was finishing up my degree, between working full time and doing full time school I had no capacity for laundry my least favorite chore. We Wash was great during this time. My laundry was always picked up and returned back in great condition. I recommend this service for those that need some help with laundry.

Terrible experience
My laundry was dropped at the wrong location. Support was not helpful. Driver called to make excuses about how the app didn’t store the address correctly
Misleading Pricing
Caution: WeWash24 has. 20 lb minimum. The app doesn't say that during the ordering or pre-payment process. It’s buried in the FAQs. They even accepted my prepayment, based on 6 lbs. We didn’t know about the minimum until the final bill arrived.
Missing items
They didn’t bring all items back. Some socks were missing
You Get What You Paid For
I get the sense that wewash24 is a small and/or startup company that does not quite have the staff size it needs to scale its operation. For starters, they have yet to understand and embrace setting proper expectations - both my drop-off and delivery were done a good 2 to 3 hours past the timeframe they had promised. Unlike many other customers that have left a review for wewash24, I do not live in Seattle and relied on their reviews to give wewash24 a try. When I had reached out to their chat support to let them know that the pick up was a good 2.5 hours past what they had promised, the chat agent simply told me that it was in cue and they were working on fulfilling my laundry order, but never did they take responsibility for the super lengthy delay or apologize for it. Not impressed!
When I received my cleaned laundry, I noticed how lousy of a folding job they had done with my clothes. I ended up having to iron the one and only button down short-sleeve shirt that was included with my laundry order. Not only was the folding pretty bad, but the shirt itself was so wrinkly (hence I had to iron it). In short, I got what I paid for by not going with the laundry service that was recommended by my hotel, which cost more than wewash24.
