Awful app. Can’t really do or see anything. App is supposed to create functionality on the phone and it basically does nothing.
Needs updating
This system is so outdated. To do equity trades it’s still buy the shares not by the price. So for client calls and says I want $10,000 of XYZ stock. You literally have to use a calculator and just hope you time it right with market fluctuation to place the trade. Also, it still works on individual accounts instead of households so if I wanna look at a client and their spouses accounts I have to back-and-forth. There’s no way to update fee based accounts without bouncing back-and-forth between wallscape and Envestnet. It’s really not good if you’re trying to do financial planning or any type of serious wealth management.

Mobile deposit does not work
Freezes up every time I try to deposit into multiple accounts
Fix the bugs already!!
Since the recent update my screen freezes when I try to use remote deposit. This is unacceptable for a finance platform. Get it together already. SMH
App crashing
Works great when it works but many time the app crashes when making deposits especially multi account deposits.
App freezes when depositing checks
App freezes when I am depositing checks. It’s very frustrating when I need to deposit multiple checks at once. I have to force quit and hope it will work. This is an ongoing problem that I hope gets fixed.

New update makes check deposit freeze the screen for deposits into multiple accounts. Have to force quit the app since it is unresponsive.

Wealthscape App OK, not great
It would be helpful if the app’s functionality was closer to the full scale online service. Trade orders are not really practical on the app. But it is a handy way to check on things with my pocket computer.

I wish the deposit function still had the option of remembering the last account you used as we frequently deposit a number of checks into the same account.
