For iPhone no good
The issues with phone up to date and watch up to date not worth the headache I understand it’s android but is there anything that can be done I have the movado smart watch my fav but becoming useless with my iPhone.

I almost never reviews, I don’t think I’ve done more than five in my life. I came on here to say this app is complete and total 100% trash, it never works, it always disconnects, do not ever ever buy a watch that requires this operating system.
account doesn’t connect
so i guess the devs just decided that it wasn’t worth their time updating this app for the past 3 years, and you can’t even attach your account to your watch on ios. so dissapointing that such a big company would do this
Tag Connected 4 watch
I had a connected 3 broke. Had to pay over $500 to upgrade to Connected 4. The watch and App sucks using it on a IPhone. I have to spend about an hour to connect the watch to my phone every time I want to wear it. They have reduced the amount of watch face that are compatible. Total waste of money. Don't Do It.

Not good app to use
I been trying to connect my watch to the app multiple times but it won’t let me connect and I call them too and still they won’t help don’t waste your money buying a watch from this app or any other watch that have to be connected to this app bc it won’t work

Honestly If you want me to write a review I would say that is waste of time, many people using this model of Diesel Ax-3850 and can’t afford to get new smart watch as the current smartwatch condition is still good and under warranty, why not upgrade the app itself and link it with AI to deal with it independently?
For god sake I click on Bluetooth where saying to reconnect on Wear OS app the app does reacts not even blinking/respond .
Update the watch software and its app.

This app is complete garbage!!!

Very limitations they said you can connect your iPhone in fossil smart watch but I doesn’t recognise the number you can’t receive any WhatsApp notifications and calls 🤔

I wish this app worked much better than it does. The are so many issues with it & it is very slow & sometimes non responsive. Please fix this app! I can’t even install updates to my watch.

Please someone fix the connectivity issue. Watch is very good but the app makes it worst. Never want to buy fossile smart watch just because of this dumb app.
Connection issue
It took me ages to connect my watch with my phone and it’s still a fail.

Google went downhill as soon as they drop their customer support by live agents… google besides selling everyone’s data is absolute trash. I cannot keep a connection on my smart watch for longer than 10 minutes myself everything about Google is absolute trash…. I hope everything by Google burns down.

Is not working at all useless
Tag Heuer smart watch.
I have tried time after time to pair my Tag smart watch since Xmas. The app doesn’t see my watch at all. The app just spins around. Waste of time. The dumbest app for the dumbest smart watch.
