About

Some people feel the weather: a headache, aching joints or just a heavy head when the air pressure drops fast or a magnetic storm hits. Weathersick shows what the pressure and the magnetic field are about to do — and helps you check whether it actually affects you. TODAY AT A GLANCE One verdict for the day: "Calm day", "Pressure falling" or "Sharp pressure drop", with how much and when: "Drop of 9 mmHg, 2 PM – 2 AM". Below it, a pressure chart for today and tomorrow with the sharp changes highlighted, the Kp index for three days and an outlook for the week. ALERTS BEFORE IT HAPPENS A notification in the morning of a day with a notable pressure change or a magnetic storm, and the evening before a sharp one. Minor changes stay quiet — no daily scares. WIDGETS Pressure now with a trend arrow and today's verdict on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen. The medium widget adds tomorrow and a 24-hour chart. A DIARY THAT ANSWERS "AND ME?" Mark how you feel in one tap — in the app or right on a widget. After three weeks the app compares days with pressure changes or storms against calm days and tells you plainly: looks like there's a link, no link so far, or not enough data yet. HONEST NUMBERS Pressure in mmHg or hPa. In mmHg you get the pressure at your elevation, the way you are used to seeing it. Thresholds come from research on pressure changes and migraine; magnetic storms use the NOAA G-scale. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no analytics. Your diary stays on your iPhone. Weather data: Apple Weather. Magnetic data: NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center. Weathersick is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. If you often feel unwell, see a doctor.
