Blocks phone display
I’m glad to have this app. It has its quirks-but it’s better than having a physical remote.
One thing I’d like to see changed is that the app blocks the phone display at the top of the screen. I can’t see time, battery or reception. Times it’s important for manual watering and reception is important for obvious reasons. Please make these visible.

Almost completely useless
Frequent outages, app is extremely slow to load, frequently takes 3-5 minutes to start or stop a station.
Awful
Please wait, is all I get on any of my controllers. Even put beer can receivers on then and still nothing.
Mobile App has come a long way
Having used the app for a long time, it has really became essential. Performance has gotten better each version. It is important to note that app is sending commands to the controller and if the controller does not receive the command, the app’s hands are tied. Most issues connecting are due to controller signal and if at the moment the command was send, signal was good. I’ve experienced vast improvements since a couple of versions ago.

Worst app I’ve ever had
You guys seriously need to fix the connectivity issues. I could literally wait half a day waiting for the my sprinklers to pop up trying to connect to the controller. USELESS APP, stay away!
Love all the new features
Really solid app just got so much better and more helpful with mapping and additional options from the device!

Apologize for the issue that you have faced. The revised app works well on versions 12.4.6 and above. If required, please update the app (revised to restrict the iOS version) or the iOS version and retry. If you are using a older iPhone or iOS version that cannot be upgraded, please revert back to our older version which is compatible with your iPhone/iOS version.
Nice start, needs some updates & fixes
This app is super useful and I use it a lot to manually control the sprinkler valves and the system state.
However sometimes nothing happens after I change the master valve state between ON and SHUTDOWN etc. There is no error message; is just doesn’t do anything when I tap the button. It works from this app about 80% of the time and then no action the other 20% of the time. I don’t know if it’s an error in the app or failing to communicate sometimes with the controller.
Features that would be nice to see in future updates to the app would be the current flow rate, status of the currently running sprinkler, and display of the program details.

Needs a lot of improvement
Constant bugs, delay, and crashes. Very disappointed.
