Loved the old look, really hate the updated views and the fact that I would have to pay $99 to see the stuff I have always been able to see for free. 😕
Can’t even create an account
It doesn’t send me the login email to finish creating an account. That’s really the first thing the app should be able to do.
Minimal features, maximum price
Subscription price too expensive. When you’re a migraine sufferer, you are already spending thousands of dollars on expensive therapies often difficult to get insurance reimbursement for. The features are useful for barometric-triggered migraines, but ear plugs have no meaningful scientific basis for efficacy. Please make the app more accessible by lowering the subscription price.

Never received product
Purchased the earplugs to go along with this app, got sent an empty box. Emailed customer service with order number, date of order, three times. No response.
Would probably stay away from this application and associated products right now, until they fix their customer service. Would not recommend currently.

The app don’t work
I’m still trying to get mine hooked up and working , it won’t send me a link to my email, how many times do I need to signup and since it won’t send me a link I can’t sign in
Helping hand
I bought these to try because I have been dealing with pressure related headaches for 8 years with no relief. They have been helpful in the past week I have been using them whenever I receive an alert the pressure is changing. So far they seem to help. They were a little itchy at first but I have adjusted. All around good product, also the customer service was excellent. Very helpful, fast and accommodating!

Doesn’t work
Notifications doesn’t show the app. I have to check it manually as the alert feature fails.

App won’t load. Doesn’t matter if I use Wi-Fi or data. My phone is updated, and there are no updates available for the app that I’m missing. I am still getting notifications, though. (I’ve been using it for years without issue; this is a new problem.)

Would like an option to get notifications an different amounts of time… my migraine onset is about 5 minutes prior to shift change notice
Very glitchy / frequently have to delete and re download
This app is great when it actually works. However it never lets me make an account/sign in so it glitches frequently and I have to delete the app and redownload it and start all over.
More features needed
I love using the ear plugs. So I decided to upgrade the app. Either I am not using it properly or I would like it to track symptoms other than migraine severity and if the ear plugs helped. I was hoping to track symptoms such as dizziness, head pressure and tinnitus. I was hoping to see a pattern between air pressure and these symptoms.

Missing opportunity
I want to love this app, but it is lacking. It needs a log for non-migraine tracking.
If I get an alert and put in my earplugs- and don’t get a migraine… I want to track that- along with the pressure changes and weather data.
Only logging a migraine doesn’t help me find my sensitivity or migraine avoided days.
Sure I can log it in a piece of paper- but if I have a digital version that goes everywhere with me, I don’t want to carry a notebook that I may lose or forget.

Huge Help!
I love this app. Knowing when a shift is coming helps me get in front of it and make adjustments to decrease the pain it will cause.
Disappointed!!!
I thought I could log more information about my migraines. Rather than spending $99 I could just mark a check in my calendar. I can not use this for ANYTHING that would help my neurologist, or me, to see patterns and get solutions. It is tailored as a WeatherX marketing tool, NOT a helpful personal health tool. I have used WeatherX plugs for years and may even stop using them for the misleading product! So,so disappointed! I can’t even use the app to log a migraine day as every time I am on it it asks for a code and it is so inaccessible. What a TOTAL waste of effort and money, especially when I am in pain daily and don’t need this headache! Pun intended. Don’ waste your money!!

Broken again
1. Fails to accept zip code for location. 2. When looking up via city, state gets hung up during search. 3. App updates appear to periodically cause location to be dropped and/or app to stop functioning until deleted, reinstalled, and reconfigured. To quote Luke Skywalker: “what a piece of junk!”
App info and customer support
The pressure info on the app is accurate and very helpful. I don’t use it for migraines. Instead, I use it for fishing. Further, I had issues with data loading and contacted the customer support. The support was immediate, helpful, and professional.
