Great and customizable, but a few suggestions.

First off I’ve been using this tracker for seven months. It is thorough and very customizable for your symptoms/duration/life impact. The yearly subscription is absolutely worth it as it adds pressure variation tracking (a big trigger for me). I highly recommend for anyone not knowledgeable of what your triggers are so you can compare trends.

A note about the data collection: for the reports, I did some experimenting and the statistics given only reflect days you record something. So, if it says 20% lack of sleep as a trigger, it means 20% out of all the times a trigger is recorded. It looks like it dosent factor in the data if an option is not selected. (I have mitigated this by adding an “unknown” category to my triggers list).

As for things I would love to see in the future: it would be useful to have an option to create a custom headache logging step. Also, a simple meal log might be useful for folks with food related migraines. It could be a separate log type to help discover correlation. Finally, it might be useful to add another type of pain scale: Mankoski Pain Scale. It is more based on impact than a relative number. You could probably do this just by using the 1-10 system, but it might skew your data if you already have lots of pain scale ratings logged.

Very helpful and convenient!

This app is very user friendly and helps me to notice trends in my migraines. I use it to keep accurate details and share the data with my neurologist.

So easy.

I love this app. It’s not expensive, it is simple to log your symptoms and how you are dealing with the migraines.
I have even had to log a migraine during an attack. It is simple then too.

it’s good!

This app has amazing functions, tracking EVERYTHING about your migraine. What medications, reliefs, duration, everything gets tracked for you. It’s a great diary.

Easy to use

Love this app - simple to use and very detailed- it is much easier to do than writing it down. I wasn’t sure I would like it but it’s fantastic
