Drops connections and doesn’t remember passwords
The Wi-Fi drops out and won’t reconnect unless you manually select and re-enter the password which it doesn’t remember. When the sim is used, it chews data up whether you are using it or not.

Glomex needs to fix this app so it works. Do t but their products until they do.

This app is terrible. It crashes randomly, you cannot access any options when you’re not connected to the wifi. So troubleshooting someone remotely is impossible.

Horrible design horrible products. Borderline a scam. I work in the marine industry. Do not buy these products.
Not fit for purpose
Bought the Glomex WeBBoat 4G plus in March, it has never worked properly since installation. Support suggested I tried the second SIM port when issues first occurred, worked for a brief while now it will not connect again, now they are suggest I try the first SIM port again! The unit is installed on the spreaders so getting up there when sailing solo is a mission! Steer clear. App is cluncky too, takes ages to accept any command.
