Scam

As soon as I find a way to request a refund for compete negligence and misrepresentation I am done. It doesn’t work and there is no support anywhere to be found. The developer page is lost and the App Store says it’s not eligible for a refund. Don’t do it don’t do it

Is it a scam?

I paid and downloaded the app, which asked me to download from their site the(free) desktop app. I did and the app on my phone would not find the one on my Mac. I tried to open the app on my Mac and it repeatedly crashed. Restarting did not help. Their site does not offer help, not even a FAQ. Google did not help either. Fortunately there is an Uninstall App which after a few error messages seemed to work.
I can’t understand that the still collect monies for this app…

La app funciona en iOS pero para conectar al mac necesitas instalar el server pero no abre en Monterrey 12 así q no puedo usar , si no lo solucionan pediré reembolso , saludos
