The worker cancelled the already-accepted service 2 hours before the start of the work. Just 2 hours. And money is deducted from my account to the pocket of these people. This is text-book scamming.

I’ve spoken to several service people that used to use this app and they were unaware why customers were not able to reach them. So everyone has migrated to other apps.

❌ Be careful – this app doesn’t pay its workers! ❌
I’ve completed several services recently and haven’t received a single payment. I contacted support multiple times and still got no solution. Meanwhile, the app keeps taking bookings and letting clients believe everything is fine.
I rely on this job to support myself and my family, and working without being paid is simply unacceptable. I’ve had to cancel upcoming bookings and notify my clients directly.
This platform is unreliable and untrustworthy. I do NOT recommend it to anyone — whether you’re a cleaner or a client. Until they fix their payment system and take responsibility, stay away.
