Would like to give higher rating but…I have attempted to log in but app states user name and /or password are incorrect. When I try use the forgot password I provide my email but never receive an email to change password.
It would be nice to have the option to see my password. When in the app store I reached out to report app issue and I was sent to the Weber website not a specific page just the home page of the website.

My favorites are gone
They changed the app and most of my favorite recipes are gone. I used to grill Caribbean and Asian swordfish both are gone. I can’t find easily the the ones that are there. And when I try to create a login it says it can’t do that right now “try later”. I am very disappointed with this “upgrade”. I feel like Weber has let me down. I can’t believe that my recipe book (metaphorically speaking) is gone. I wish I had printed out my recipes. But who knew Weber would simply delete the old app and replace it with a new one that left out many of the old recipes. I will be grilling less this year and saving up for Traeger or better a Big Green Egg. I am almost ready to not recommend Weber anymore to my friends. Really bummed that I have so much swordfish and my recipe is gone. 😢

I have a Weber gas grill, one with the red lid. It is at least 27 years old and some occasional replacement parts it still works great. Used the Weber app and did some burger’s tonight and turned out perfect. Love my Weber grill. Larry in Avon Lake Ohio.
Missing My Grills
The app was great, but at some point in the last year or so, it took away the ability to see all of your grills and submit warranty claims. It still shows this in the app screenshots, but it’s no longer available and was the main feature I used.
Service sucks
Used to love the app. That I forgot my password and every time I try to recover my password. It tells me it sends me an email and it never does. It’s BS so all the stuff I have saved I don’t get to retrieve.

It has good recipe ideas, but sucks that they took away my grills from the home screen. It had good info like when I purchased and also the manuals for them. I’m not happy about that change.
Almost useless
I just installed and tried the app. First off there is no way to register my grill. Under the grilling tab there is no way to adjust the weight of the protein about to be grilled thus making the grilling times useless. After I typed a comment under contact us, there was no submit button to click. Will these issues be addressed or should I just delete this app?

No more grill guide temperatures
Echoing the other review. They took out the temperature features in the grill guide. That was the only good thing about this app. Pointless now. They just tell you how long to cook it but not what temperature to cook it at.
App has been dumbed down
It seems that recently the app’s Grill Guide section removed guidance on grill temperature and setup. For example, before the update, I could go to Red Meat > Flank Steak and select the thickness. It would provide time and temp guidelines along with direct or indirect setup. All that is gone now. Instead, I can choose doneness (rare, medium rare, etc.) and it will provide a time but nothing about grill temperature. I’ve used this app as my go-to quick reference since it first came out. I’m not ready to upgrade to the iGrill app, which this change seems to push me toward.

Was the best app ever. Simple a terrific results everytime with no temp probe
As title reads, it was terrific and always highly recommended to others. After last update, temps and time, etc are now gone. Renders it a useless app now. Please, please return it to it’s glory.
Latest upgrade stinks
Used to love this app. But since the last upgrade a few days ago, it no longer tells what temperature the grill must be at for cooking. Please fix this!
