It gliches, it stops working, you name it! I can’t realistically ad guest to my list for my gated community. Total frustration and ridiculous!
Web guest is awe full
I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app over 15 times in the past 2 years. I have no choice but to use it because this is what my guard gate uses. It locks up constantly. Sometimes it will not allow login. The latest glitch is that it says email failed to send. It’s always an issue.
Update?
App says to update before using and even has a link to the app store but there’s no update available

Doesn’t run majority of the time
App hardly ever opens. Most of the time when you try to run the app it just crashes. I constantly have to just call the gate every time I need a guest or vendor added. It’s pretty much useless. HOA fees being put to great use…
iOS 16 - not loading
It’s been a year since the last update, we’re on ios 16 now and the app will not load, it sits on a white screen. Can we address this issue and provide an update to work with ios16?

Our gated community uses this….but it’s down most of the time. Many times I cannot open it. Have deleted & re installed several times.

This is the worst app I’ve ever had the misfortune to “need”. Gated community switched management companies, and this is the “new and improved” method of managing guest lists. Does not run
I have downloaded this app and restarted my phone several times. Once opened this app gets stuck on a black screen with just the developer name and app version displayed on the very bottom and nothing else. Very disappointed. I have also looked online for any forums or support and there is nothing to help remedy the situation.

Full of bugs
The sign on and data field updates are glitchy and prone to crashes on an iPhone. Fortunately use of this buggy App is optional. I pray the program used by the officers at the gates is much more stable!
Crap app.
