Inconsistent And Constantly Crashing
This app is extremely frustrating to use, especially on a cell phone. I was only able to log on once. After that I continue to get an error message stating that my email address is incorrect when it is not. What is even more infuriating is that every few seconds of me attempting to input my address, the app keeps crashing. 😫
There are other webinar apps that do not have this problem. According to other reviews, this app has had issues with crashing for over seven years. Why is this still a problem several years later?😟
When I am able to use this app, there are no speed settings for recordings, which is so inconsiderate of our time. When I was able to connect on a tablet, there were no controls at all. Therefore, you cannot pause/stop, turn up the volume or do anything other than watch the video. If you need to pause the video, you have to exit. 😣 What kind of programming is that? 🤨

Not for iPad
I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app twice on my IPad Pro 11. It loads upside down, but the keyboard is right side up. And I cannot paste the web address into it to start a session. When I click on a web link, it asks me to download a windows or Mac .dmg file.

It crashes every few minutes and sometimes less. It’s very hard to learn when I am spending most of the time reloading app. It also cuts in and out of what’s being said when it does run. Please, please, please fix this. Too many people are counting on this.

I need to use this platform not by choice, it cutts off constantly on my iphone 12, I mean every minute it will loose 3 or four second of conversation, hopefully the developer is doing something to remedy this, sorry to say it seems clear am not the only one frustrated with the quality of this app.

Not suitable for iPhones and ipads
It keeps crashing. Also can’t pause or run recorded webinars. I don’t know how this software survive in today’s world against Microsoft and zoom

Can’t get video, the sound is jumbled and sounds sped-up so you can’t understand anything, trying to click on the settings doesn’t work. This app is a mess.
