Ankle soreness
I just wanted to find a treatment for a sore ankle. As far as the answers I wanted. I was not able to get anything close to what I needed! Useless app for this!
Update has deleted medication history
After an app upgrade, all my historical stats relating to my medication has disappeared. It seems I haven’t taken my meds all year now. Not helpful and not very clear why this has happened or how to resolve.

App was great until….
I mostly use the app for the med reminders as I need to take 8 different meds and supplements 3 times a day. Since the latest update, the app only kept 5 of my meds and no longer has any history of me taking the meds for at least the past 6 months. It could be longer, but I didn’t feel like scrolling back any more.

Drug Interactions
The section for drug interactions isn’t working. When you type a medication, it shows as No Results Found.

Which can be every day having CAD and now with a newly installed ICD (pacemaker) implant recently - Always my choice to reverify what I might have missed from a medical visit.
Absolute scam
Been trying to get a basic refill since June. And before that it took 7 months to get the first medication shipped. They always message “we’re elevating your concern” or “we’ve passed you message on to your provider”. I don’t think they actually have any doctors. STAY FAR AWAY
I would like to know how to delete and add medications to the list.
I like the reminders and the report on pollens.
Contradicting
This app doesn’t save birthday or sex, and neither does the website. Nor does it save the email address? How are we supposed to create a profile for easier use when the app doesn’t work properly??

I find this very helpful for quick research on my medical conditions. Seeing a dr for every little thing is unproductive.

Slow loading
I love this app. I use it every day for my reminders and notifications. The articles are also helpful ind interesting BUT when opening the app it loads slowly. Hope it can be fixed 🤞🏼
Healthy dad wanting solid medical info
WebMD is a trusted site with credible, clear, and helpful information for me and my family. I appreciate the lack of hyperbole, direct information, and that it doesn’t always have an answer. It reminds me that it’s a resource but not the end-all/be-all for everyday medical issue questions.
Why am I always DYING?
So I have used this app for many years and when it tells me I’m dying or tells me my kids are dying I delete it!! But I am having some very troubling symptoms so I thought I’d try it again! I’m not dying, but it’s not recognizing the answers to the questions it asked! I’m having abdominal pain and I marked the box that says prior appendix surgery, and then when I went to go check what my symptoms could mean it tells me I am having an appendicitis!!! Seriously I’m marked at the box already and you’re telling me I have a condition in an organ I no longer have!!?? It is so user unfriendly.
