I like the reminders and the report on pollens.
This app doesn’t save birthday or sex, and neither does the website. Nor does it save the email address? How are we supposed to create a profile for easier use when the app doesn’t work properly??
I find this very helpful for quick research on my medical conditions. Seeing a dr for every little thing is unproductive.
Med reminders, doctors, symptom checker, medicine side effects
An excellent medical site that explains in lay terms medical diagnoses and treatments. The explanations are geared to patients and give information that is aimed at a layperson.
I love this app. I use it every day for my reminders and notifications. The articles are also helpful ind interesting BUT when opening the app it loads slowly. Hope it can be fixed 🤞🏼
WebMD is a trusted site with credible, clear, and helpful information for me and my family. I appreciate the lack of hyperbole, direct information, and that it doesn’t always have an answer. It reminds me that it’s a resource but not the end-all/be-all for everyday medical issue questions.
So I have used this app for many years and when it tells me I’m dying or tells me my kids are dying I delete it!! But I am having some very troubling symptoms so I thought I’d try it again! I’m not dying, but it’s not recognizing the answers to the questions it asked! I’m having abdominal pain and I marked the box that says prior appendix surgery, and then when I went to go check what my symptoms could mean it tells me I am having an appendicitis!!! Seriously I’m marked at the box already and you’re telling me I have a condition in an organ I no longer have!!?? It is so user unfriendly. I am deleting it for the last time!! by the way, my kids never died, even though it told me multiple times that they were

Summary for daily life application as a first time user
I have been using WebMD for several years now. I have daily medications that I take once or twice a day. And it always reminds me and has descriptions of medications, in detail, if I have questions.
Instant concise information on current and older drugs
The app will not save my sex! Bug. Please fix. Thanks
It helps me stay on time with my medication with reminders.
It’s not easy to add/ delete meds
I love this app and have used it for many years to track medication and check symptoms, but it is getting really frustrating. That half of the time I try to open it it won’t open. Please fix this!!
Very informative and explained in an easy format filled with a variety of options to understand with various fractures and recovery.
I would really like to have a calendar that shows the days that a med is started and the days that it might be missed. This would be really helpful to see when the med was first prescribed, an overview of any missed doses as well as to see when a refill is upcoming.
I was really loving this app. But all of a sudden, all of my saved information for dosage for everything is now gone. I don’t understand why it’s not saving my saved information anymore.
I had trusts run an no one sent results to my physician. When I gave he the info I received he said he was not a part of WebMed! Why have software for all doctors to use and helps with future diagnosis if not all doctors use this information! How can we make this go to ALL my Medicare specialists!
