The app is good so far, have an issue with the ads on other platforms, like game apps, I get an ad for this app and there is no title for that book for me to look it up on the app when I want to read it. I’ve even tried using the download button and it doesn’t show me the book I was just reading it’s frustrating

Easy to lose credits
It’s great to have a site supporting writers but the user experience makes it too easy to miss-click and spend on batch orders with no refunds unless there was an app glitch. It doesn’t matter if you have proof of pre-existing access to the content or if it’s a totally different story than you intended to unlock. Only good for free stuff.

Clientip aggravation
I have tried to make an account using three different email accounts and all over the course of three days and it keeps rejecting me and saying “Your clientip has been suspended. Please try again later.” What does that even mean?????? At this point, I tempted to not even bother with this app because of this cr*p.

This app has fraudulent scheme to take people’s money.
Cancellation
It is not easy to find how to cancel this subscription, the price per month is ridiculous and I have no desire to continue to pay for something that is not being used.
