O App é bom? Sim, é fácil de encontrar histórias que você vai gostar, o problema em questão é, as histórias que eu vou ler, a maioria está em inglês, então não consigo ler da maneira mais fácil, se atualizarem isso, vai ficar 5 estrelas!
All my purchases lost - customer service shrugs shoulders
I loved this app. Had been a monthly subscriber since December of 2024, never missed a check-in, unlocked thousand of chapters with purchases. Lately the app has been logging me out often and I have never had a problem logging in and continuing to read. This last time, however, all my progress is lost. Books I haven’t touched in over a year and had removed from my library are back. Books I had unlocked over half the book on are gone and chapters are locked again. My VIP status lost 4 levels and all my coins are gone. Uses the chat function in the app only to have the app lock that feature on me. I have emailed support and received no answers. Hundreds of dollars spent and I can’t get any of my progress back just like that. I’ll crying as I will be canceling my coin pack renewal and removing the app permanently because I was so far into the stories and wanted to finish them. No way I’m paying all over again to unlock.
Follow up: after stating that I had already contacted support about this issue with no revolution in 7 days, the developer is recommending I contact support. The customer service is a total joke in that there is a serious lack of it.

Audio/settings controls are really difficult to access
The controls to access the screen reader/settings are difficult to access. You just click and click and swipe and click, swipe from the bottom, click on the bottom and they don’t appear. It is really frustrating and it shouldn’t be this difficult.
