So this is really great app. I really appreciate this app and all of the translator artist writer who are doing this job inside this application, but I hope you guys put a new update inside the application that we could download every books at the same time like we could select that to each other not one by one. It will take a long time because I have a lot of books at my reading and I want to download all of them at the same time or maybe there is a option you put it for this story who downloading at the same time or the part of their updated or the part of there are complete. They are ongoing please can you do this new update for this application. It really will be really good. I really appreciate if you do it.

Cost
I could buy a kindle and subscription for the cost of reading one story. It’s ridiculous.
Reader beware
This app became very expensive with using coins after a few chapters and by then you get hooked. I signed up for monthly membership but found a better place to read the same novel. To read the one I was on would cost hundreds of dollars to read and the author is still adding chapters. I had looked earlier to cancel my membership but couldn’t find it and then forgot about it until today when I got charged and for more money than the original sign up price. I went to ask for a refund and they would not honor it. Then asked for help to cancel my membership and agent was very unhelpful and wouldn’t locate it and do it for me. It is hidden behind a screen that required you to scroll on the phone to find it and then when I logged in using same FB account on web page and it created a different account that didn’t show membership. Total bait and switch. Be careful and don’t give them any money.

Your ads need improvement!
Don’t get me wrong, it’s rad that writers are able to sell their work-in-progress’s to fans before they’re finished / able to get a publishing deal.
What I am overly offended by is the astronomical prices for reading a single book!
Making it so each chapter costs money, making it so there’s no way to read without paying money…
Not to mention the ads!
I HATE reading a chapter or two of a book, getting totally engrossed, and when I click to open the app (cos I already have it DL’d), it doesn’t go to that story. It doesn’t even say the name of the story!
So I waste time trying to search for the themes or names of characters, to no avail. I even tried searching google for it.
What’s the point of spending money on advertising to potential new customers/new DL’s, and not giving an easy way to find the content that made them DL or open your app?!?
It’s a disservice to your customers, not to mention your writers!!!
You’re taking away their ability to get paid for their work. If the whole point is to sell each chapter— why not give a number combo to search, like many other apps do in their adverts?!
Ugh.

App constantly pushes new material into your library
I downloaded this app just to read one book but every time I try to log into this app, but it forces me to go through three or four new books and I also add those books my new library for no reason whatsoever. I really only care about reading one book, but with this app, it forces you to try to read other books even though you don’t want to.
