다 좋은데 렉걸림

우선 제가 원하는 영상을 다운로드하고 사진에 저장할 수 있는 점이 좋습니다. 그러나 다운로드를 할 때 화살표를 눌렀음에도 시간이 매우 오래 걸립니다. 오늘 1시간을 넘게 기다렸는데 다운로드가 안 되서 개선 부탁드립니다.

少し前からYouTube開けるけど再生が出来なくなりました。
いままで保存した動画が消えてしまうことが怖いし嫌なので、アンインストールして再度インストールすることはしたくないです。
すごく便利で大好きなアプリだったので改善お願いいたします。

なぜか動画の保存ができません！したやじるしのマークを押しているのになぜかリロード中になって一生そのままになってるんです！このアプリの正しい使い方の説明を見ているけど全然わかんないし違う！誰か正解のやり方を簡単に教えてください！たぶん正しいやり方があったらできて便利だと思うけど！

さっきまでできていたのに突然↓ボタンを押してからの読み込みが進まなくなった。
