I love using Webscorer to time cross country ski races, and have been doing so since 2018.
The technical support is amazing and the software is streamlined and easy to use, even for a novice like me.
Recently, we transitioned to using active chip timing with Feibot—and once again, everything has been smooth and seamless.

Absolutely 100% pleased with Webscorer and the app
Great for races with multiple distance
We organize several trail running races each year, and offer multiple distances on each event - 5K, 10Mile, Half Marathon and Marathon. Number of racers can vary from 100 to 500. We've tried all types of timing systems over the last several years, and none could offer us the flexibility like this app. Love the new GPS tracking option!

Not thrilled
Seemed like it would be user friendly for first timers (and I was told by a local timing company that it was super easy) but it isn’t. Super aggravated and have watched a ton of tutorials and they aren’t very detailed or helpful. Regretting this decision.
