Coins? And help?

The books are great and all but, the coin games have terribly long levels and high standards. It took me a very long time to get a level for one of them and didnโ€™t even get the coins! On top of that the costumer help is some stupid chat bot that doesnโ€™t help at all! I try to get more help but you can only email because apparently, they donโ€™t know how to use a phone number! WEBTOON GET BETTER SERVICE!

this app has the most addicting stories that i canโ€™t get my mind or hands off of but every time i open the app it takes almost 30 seconds to load and i think thatโ€™s unacceptable
