This app is trash
Zero purpose for this app except a place to enter login credentials and then essentially enter an empty, windowless room.
App doesn’t work - login error
I know my username/password are correct, because I am able to sign in without issue on the website.

any employer that offers you this consider as an option you should consider a different employer. this is bottom of the barrel. i’ve seen apps that work better.

Can’t view ID card!
ID card does not show up. The only option is to view the id card BEFORE logging in which does not make sense. Faceid will log you in instantly. And why would I have an app and stay logged out???

I cannot access plan benefits on this app or anything else beyond what I already know. This was a useless and annoying waste of time at a time i was looking for help.
What’s the point?
Im trying to find a new pcp. For whatever reason I can’t seem to search for one on the regular website so I downloaded the app thinking maybe I can search that way.
I can’t even see my plan info. I can’t look up my dedutctible balance. Clicking the links sends you to a website error page.

Absolutely Useless and Terrible
I can’t believe the company I work for switched from Cigna to this pile of junk insurance company that can’t make a decent application.
Not helpful
The screenshots appear misleading, as when I login there is 0 information about my account. The only information is their “about us” which is generic, and “contact us” which directs to the contact information on the physical card (not provided on the app itself).

Provides absolutely no info. The picture above is deceptive. Doesn't even show my member ID card. This app is useless.

My employer just switched to WebTPA from United. What a joke! This app hasn’t been update in 5 years!

Useless app from what I see
Frustrating
It will show me my balances and if a claim has been received. But it doesn’t provide any detail (in fact shows $0 where breakdowns of the EOB should be). App is really only helpful if I can’t find my card.
Waste of Time
I thought this would be helpful since insurance is so confusing. . . This app is a waste of time. After creating an account you can see your member number, deductible, out of pocket expenses and claims. . . All stuff that I already get in an email. . . For specifics it told me to go to the website . . .
